Central Honshu is home to some of Japan’s most impressive mountain landscapes, walking routes, and onsen towns. The Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route is generally accessible from mid-April to late November, offering dramatic alpine scenery and opportunities for gentle walking along the route.
Depending on seasonal operations and the final itinerary, the journey may also include experiences such as the Kurobe Gorge Railway and the Shinhotaka Ropeway, surrounded by unforgettable mountain and forest scenery.
