PROGRAM FEES & INCLUSIONS

  • Hachi Japan Immersion Program

    30 Days

    • Classes
      Fees for Japanese-language instructors, program staff, course materials, and classroom and facility use
    • Accommodation
      Shared accommodation arranged by Hachi, generally with four participants per room
    • Experiences
      Japanese hot-stone spa experience, Kiyomizu-dera, Asahi Brewery tour, Osaka Castle,
    • NHK Broadcasting Center, Nara, Disaster Prevention Center, and Japan Mint, including the transportation
    • admission, and activity fees required for these scheduled experiences
    • Insurance
      Travel accident insurance for the duration of the program
    • Visa & Entry Requirements
      Visa requirements vary depending on the participant’s nationality, passport, country or region of residence, and purpose of travel. Participants are responsible for confirming the applicable entry requirements and obtaining any required visa before departure. Visa application fees and third-party service charges are not included unless otherwise stated.

    ※The program fee does not include international airfare or related taxes, meals, admission to Universal Studios Japan, transportation outside the scheduled program, or personal expenses.
    ※This program is suitable for students of high-school age and above.
    ※For safety and operational reasons, Hachi reserves the right to adjust activity locations or the order of the program without reducing the overall program content.
    ※The visit to Universal Studios Japan is an optional paid activity. Participation is not compulsory. Students who choose to attend should arrange their own journey to and from the park, as transportation is not included.
